So Urban Decay have confirmed it with this video published on their Youtube Channel lasnight. No more 'Is that a hoax?', 'Where did she buy that?' talk as images surfaced more than a fortnight ago and set the blogging world alight:

Since most of the evidence of Naked 3's existence has now been removed from the internet, that can only mean that someone was a a little premature in putting these palettes up for sale but the fact remains: Naked 3 is coming and it's coming soon.

It looks good but for some reason I just can't get into UD so I honestly don't know about this one.
This is so exciting! Not sure that I really need another Naked Palette though lol

I barely use either of my Naked palettes lately, this one doesn't look that exciting. Kinda looks like they just combined the shades they didn't use in one or two into this palette.
I asked my hubby if he could get me naked 2 for Christmas but now that I know this one is coming I think I will ask him to hold off. I love my pink hues so Naked 3 looks right up my street :)

I only have the first naked palette and I love it but haven't bought the 2nd and I probably won't get this. I'm not a huge fan of pink shadows anyway, they generally make me look like I have myxomatosis. Sexy.
It could mean that someone put them on sale early or it could well be a publicity stunt (which seems to be very successful!).
Personally I don't use big palettes as I tend to do my makeup while travelling so I need something small to go in my handbag. Also, I don't use many different colours of eyeshadow- I use the same neutral cream and brown shadows for work every day (shocking, I know!).
I'm with Nurse Fancy Pants, I don't like the pinks. I wish to god someone would bring pout a cool neutrals palette. I'd get in line to queue for that.

Ahh, glad they finally confirmed it! I'm the same as Chloe above, don't like pink eyeshadows so will be giving this a miss. I love my naked palette 1 though, use it everyday! x
