November's Glossy Box Unboxing: Spoiler Alert!

Although new to the Glossy Box game, if October's box was anything to go by, this month's was sure to be good. November's Glossy Box is billed as everything you need for your Winter Wishlist. If you'd like to see what's included, I have spoilerific pics after the jump:

Though contents may vary, my box contains: Vichy Idealia Life Serum, Emite Matte Black Shadow, Yves Rocher France Hand Cream, B. Smokey Eyeliner & Scholl Dry Skin Exfoliator

The Scholl line of products all have one thing in common, they work. While their packaging isn't the most enticing nor their marketing hugely tempting, if I do have a persistent foot care issue I know Scholl will sort it, Mammy taught me that one. This Dry Skin Exfoliator (€5.49) is 'clinically proven to aid cell renewal' and that sounds great to me. I'll be giving it a trial run to see how it compares to Soap & Glory's Heel Genius, I'm guessing it'll be well.

B. Smokey Kohl Eyeliner: £4.49
B. is one makeup range that's been causing some serious ripples in beauty circles of late. Exclusively available from Superdrug, if this Smokey Kohl Eyeliner is anything to go by I'll be checking them out very soon. Soft and blendable, I can see this as an ideal waterline colour or as a smudged base for darker shadows in the party season.

Yves Rocher Hand Cream: £1.95!!
When I read the RRP on this rich, cholcolate orange scented hand cream I had to do a double take. Less than two pahhhhnd? How is that possible? You need only the smallest amount to rub into both hands, there's little or no residue left once it sinks in and the scent lingers for up to an hour, without turning sickly. While, on the whole, this is a little sweet for me, the eldest has nabbed it for his college back pack and minding his paws this winter. Can see this being a cracking stocking filler that belies its weenchy price point.

(I'll be ordering a few more chocolate based treats from this site for Aar this Christmas too, say nathin!)

Vichy Idealia Serum & Smoothing Cream: €38.50 & €26
Vichy can do no wrong in my eyes when it comes to skincare so the inclusion of the hugely popular Idealia Life Serum and the Smoothing and Illuminating Cream is a genius idea from Glossy Box. Proven to show effective results on your skin in as little as 8 days, these samples are the perfect size to get you hooked. That tulle baggy is also a cracking holder for hanging scented bath bombs in your wardrobe - you heard that here first!

Emite Micronized Shadow: €19
The second RRP shocker in this months box has to be this ickle Emite shadow. One of the only brands to produce a shadow free from oil, nickel, parabens & perfume, these shadows are especially good for those with sensitive peepers.

While the packaging is a little off putting for such an expensive single shadow, once swatched the product is soft and extremely blendable. Again, this will be an ideal smokey eye base or applied with a dampened brush I can see it as a cracking liner too.

All in all November's box has a pretty decent array of products to see you through the winter months, all of which I would have bought in one form or another as the season goes on. It's definitely a winner in my book. The inclusion of Vichy (total value approx €9) make it a cracking deal for a €12.95 subscription.

Are you already subscribed to Glossy Box? I'd love to hear your opinions...
